These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fabello mobile application ("Fabello", "Service"), provided by Adem Beno / Beno Studio ("we", "our", "us").
By using Fabello, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fabello is intended for use by adults (parents and guardians). You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you are a minor, you may only use Fabello under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Story content within Fabello is designed for children and is accessed by adults on behalf of children they care for.
Fabello is an AI-powered bedtime story application. It allows parents to record a short voice sample, create an AI voice profile, and listen to a library of original bedtime stories narrated in their own voice.
Features, content, and availability may vary by platform, device, and app version.
A Fabello account is required to use the Service. You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information during sign-in and keep it up to date.
Fabello's core feature requires you to record your voice. By recording and uploading a voice sample, you:
You retain full ownership of your voice. Beno Studio will not sell, license, or share your voice recording or AI voice profile with any third party for any purpose outside of operating the Fabello service.
You may permanently delete your voice profile and all associated data at any time by deleting your account from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where misuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
Stories generated by Fabello using your voice profile are intended for personal, non-commercial family use only. You may not:
AI voice synthesis quality may vary depending on your recording environment, microphone quality, and the nature of the story content. We do not guarantee specific quality outcomes.
Story generation requires an internet connection. Offline playback is available for previously downloaded stories. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabello is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Fabello.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Your use of Fabello is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we handle your data, including your voice recording.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fabello at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.
You may stop using Fabello and delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Fabello will be resolved in the courts located in Turkiye, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
